Signing of a trilateral Memorandum of cooperation between the Russian-Turkish business Council, the International center for business assistance and the mayor of the Turkish city of Bodrum Ahmet Aras On December 17, 2019, the Chairman of the Russian-Turkish business Council Ahmet Magomedovich Palankoyev together with the President of the icsb Adam Magometovich Lyanov received the Turkish delegation headed by the adviser to the mayor of Izmir Kadir Eryudzhe and the mayor of Bodrum Ahmet Aras during a visit to Russia to open official representative offices of Turkish cities in Moscow for the development of the tourist potential of Izmir and Bodrum.

The head of the Russian delegation, Chairman of the RTDs Ahmet Magomedovich Palankoyev noted that the Russian and Turkish economies are complementary economic systems, which provides a huge potential for growth of both the Russian and Turkish economies. As a tool for such growth, the Russian delegation presented an already working model of the "virtual business Universe" based on the modern electronic platform of the International center for Business Assistance.

The Turkish side highly noted the sequence of implementation of this digital platform, first presented at the intergovernmental Commission Russia-Turkey, held in August 2019 in Antalya.

The parties expressed confidence that the icsb business universe will contribute not only to business development, but also actively help to develop cultural and educational programs and public initiatives.

As a result of the meeting, a trilateral Memorandum was signed between the Russian-Turkish business Council signed By Chairman Ahmet Magomedovich Palankoyev, mayor of Bodrum Ahmet Aras and the International business assistance center represented by Adam Magomedovich Lyanov, suggesting the direct implementation of the above.
